We'll believe it when we see it, but Crow is practicing again and getting ready to suit up soon ... I guess "soon" can be relative ... but the Stars will take Corey Crawford off LTIR

The Stars will also buyout a few players:

Michael McCarron, $0.2m (2017-2019) --> $0.1m this year
Chris Thorburn, $0.2m (2017-2019) --> $0.1m this year

Hey PPG ... you've got John Hayden, $0.6m (2018-2021-EL) listed as both a C and a RW on my team page. You're not double-counting his salary (you don't have him counting against my C total $$$), so it's no big deal. But while you're in there, please take him off the Center list just to clean things up. Thanks!

Counting our pennies ... the Stars request a buyout discount for Ryan Murphy, $0.1m (2017-2019) ... please note the initial buyout was initially a typo for $0.8m, it should have been for $0.1m, since he was initially signed at $0.2m through 2019 when I bought him out.

At least Crawford got injured in an actual hockey game this year ... and not on a snowmobile

Stars lock up Jake Gardiner, $2.9m (2016-2019) with a 3-year deal worth $4.2m AAV through 2021.

Gardiner currently (12/15) ranks as the 46th D and was 47 last season.
