I can release the above mentioned players, however player cannot be moved back to the minors. EDR (Entry Draft Roster) is reserved for those players drafted by that particular team. Once traded from the team that drafted them they must be put on MLB rosters

Once players are on your 40 man roster, they cannot ever return to the EDR roster.  The EDR roster is only for players that were drafted in our annual rookie draft.  Then, they can only remain there if they have never played in a major league game.  So in answering your question, none of the players you want to move to the minors can be moved to the EDR roster.

Other than Bernhardt c none of the ofthers have played major baseball they are all in minors.

We'll hold off on this until we see the outcome of the EDR/MiLB Proposal currently being discussed by the Rules Committee.  Should be resolved soon.
