Your page here on PROFSL didn't disappear. The quick link just doesn't work anymore as that directs you to the spreadsheet. The link above will take you to your page or you can get there by going to official rosters and then picking arizona.

Personally I keep a separate spreadsheet on my own outside of the google doc. That way I can track changes to my roster, project future resign values and see what FA or other additions to my roster look like. That is an easy thing for anyone to do whether it is a spreadsheet or a page here on profsl.

I get that you view prospect contracts differently. But they are 500k eternal contracts. And they continue to be 500k contracts until 1 of 2 things happens. If they go over 40 games played then you get 2 more years at 500k. Or if you drop the player the contract dissappears.

You are correct that they aren't guaranteed contracts. If I sign a player for 900k for two years though that is also an unguaranted contract. We wouldn't show those as 900k for only one year just because I could drop him and the next year isn't technically guaranteed...

:iatp: Makes sense Shooter so let's call it personal preference then. I would love to see the link restored so that I can easily click on my team icon and go to my team as housed on profsl. You know...the way it always was and one of the primary things I like about both site and league.

This is a request for Anthony - I used to be able to edit it, but those functions disappeared a while back and now we have an HTML block up there for the banner and all those links.  I would think resetting your link to the ProFSL page would be easy enough.

My hesitation with restoring the links to the old roster pages through the logos is that most teams won't keep their roster page maintained. At least if we link to google sheets it ensures an updated roster.

I'm with you slack, I like the classic roster pages better, but as we've run into before the two alternatives to keep those updated have flaws:

1. Updating the roster pages by hand is a giant waste of time and easy to make mistakes and no one wants to do it.

2. Maintaining an offline spreadsheet that you copy and paste onto the roster page leaves us with only one person that can update the roster, and if they disappear (ex. Ian in BY), we have to redo everything.

Can you just change his link and leave the rest of the links going to Google?  He's going to update on his own.

why dont we just have both links. I have been playing with my roster page so I like to keep it but the google sheet is the way to go as far as updating. just post another link to the pro roster page for those of us who want to keep them. I have been adding other info on mine about new players, prospects and other info I find interesting. I was in a dynasty BB league on another site long time ago that everyone had to maintain there own page with prospect grades and evaluations so Im kind of doing that here.

:iatp: I've been consistent in updating my profsl roster on my own roster for a few years now.
