RP Seth Halvorsen is listed twice.

PCs on Chris Newell and Damon Keith are counted against my salary cap.

The other 2 were on your 40 man as your minors were full when signed. You then cleared spots and sent them down but since they were on the 40man their contract was placed and activated. If you believe this is an error I can go back track your postings to confirm this but 99% sure that was the reason as a few teams now have a few guys in the minors with their contracts stated. @NippyJones

I understand the position you are taking but I assumed I had cleared space in my minors to sign Newell and Keith.

On 3/1 at 10:22AM I submitted a roster move request to promote 3 players (Durbin, Halvorsen and Thomas) to create space for further prospects. Thinking that transaction requests are posted in the order received I made a PC contract request for Chris Newell at 10:29AM on 3/1 and later that day at 6:26PM I made a PC request for Damon Keith.

I have since learned that in this league I can promote minor league players to the majors and only need to post the transaction for spreadsheet purposes. We are all trying to get our rosters in order while learning all the little nuances of how the league operates and since league competition has not started I don't think these players' Arb contracts should have been activated.

I know I'm not the only GM who holds this position.  There has been a posting for a rules clarification on this very subject that has gone unanswered for a few days now. Please bring this matter up to the Commissioner ASAP.

Yeah I imagine I will be told to delete the contract as they are under the threshold. Was told earlier to keep contracts when they get sent down. Imagine tomorrow I will get the okay to clear the minors value. I am indifferent to it and just following what the commish says for the SS. @NippyJones
