The issue you're seeing is because of the way that arb values were input into the new SS. The contract values listed on the old SS are for the year 2024, whereas the new SS starts for 2025.
For finite contracts (i.e. FA), the end dates are correct. For flexible contracts (i.e. arb), the code has to treat it a different way, due to all of the variability.
The arb values that were copied over from the old SS to the new SS were the 2024 values. Once owners post their updated arb contracts for 2025, those "extra" years will all go away.
If you already DID post your arb decisions, and the years still don't add up, then please let me know and I will hunt down the issue.
