A bit of a risky move, but decided to invest in Kershaw. Even without knowing where he signs, believe he has at least a few elite years left as long as he can overcome recent injuries. Paying the price with 2 solid MLB pieces plus specs and bit of funds, but factoring in the $ and also a couple other pieces felt it still makes sense for me. Florial in particular I am high on and hopefully his play forces Yankees into giving him consistent ABs.

I agree to the trade
It hurt giving up Clayton but with his injuries and age I thought getting my CF while Ramon is out and then my OF slot filled is a nice piece. Also getting a pitcher who should get the innings. Also get some prospects that I like. Then adding in the 1m next year helps with my plan of investing in my future next year when i can research more than I could this year when I joined the league last minute
