It's still a toss up at this point. Great battle between :NAS: last yr's and :CAR-NHL: this yr's FNHL Presidents' Trophy winners.

There is only 3 players playing tomorrow. Therefore depending on if Carolina can pull what Nashville did this past Thursday of winning today by more than 20 points, I think today decides who wins the Finals.

Also with what both teams are capable of it’s a possibility of a Boston/Montreal matchup where Boston won by .01 or so.

I think I'm cooked. I've never seen a team go -30 over the course of a  week but my guys managed to do it at the wrong time.

Management has taken the names of the guys who didn't show up in the Final and are currently in the process of sending them off to the far reaches of the FNHL lol.

It was a good run. We will see if there is any redemption today for guys like Schneider, Draistel etc.

Been on the edge of my seat the whole day.
The score is 208.55 NSH - 188.55 CAR right now and Halo's Canes still have plenty of talent playing like Draisaitl and Rantanen.

Today was a full schedule of games for the finalists and I was eager to see how things would shape up by the end of the day. I'll venture to guess it will be challenging to erase a difference of 17 points with one player scheduled to play on the final day. At best David Backes has scored 6.25 pts in one game.

Carolina’s downfall was probably the fact they had 6 single digit days compared to Nashville’s 2 single digit days with one 0 point day.

All I know is when I finally went to bed my Preds were losing points even though we were up by 16pts. Braun and Meier were leaving their sorry azzes on the ice for 5 of the Minny Wild goals last night and racking up the negative +/-'s. This morning I'm feeling good about were Nashville is with only 1 NHL game left to play and 3 players hitting the ice for both sides.

Congratulations to B.B. on winning it all and avenging the NYR loss. Carolina was a tough team to beat at any time this year and probably will be again next season.
