No critique of the trade exactly but my advice for the Brewers is to have a clear long term strategy and be patient with it. You've acquired Cron and Gurriel but then trade Gennett and Harrison so from the outside it looks a little disjointed though I can see wanting to sell high on Gennett with a nice return. Though you save money on overpaid Harrison, you could have received more talent back. Middle infielders, even expensive average performers, are hard to come by and so are starting MLB players in general. My advice to the Angels is to give up. Do you really think silly Josh Harrison trades are going to help you? The Astros are building a dynasty and there is no escape from the can of orange whoopass we're about to open up. Save yourself, move to the National League.
