OF Jayson Hayward ($14m in 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020)
$31m to cover the above players' salaries for 2017

Giants send:
1st round pick (2017)
5th round pick (2017)
$1.5m in 2018 IFA money
SS Marcus Semien ($480k in 2017, arb in 2018, 2019, and 2020)
P Cody Reed (minors)
OF Anthony Garcia (minors)

We continue the sell-off. I need a shortstop, so Semien helps a good bit and the others are all valuable future assets.

The IFA money they're trading is less than what even the best team will have in IFA money next year so I think it's okay.  Maydab may have to rule on that.

That was my thinking when I came up with $1.5m in IFA money but I can understand if it's not allowable. In any event, I've reached out to Indiansnation - hopefully we'll have an updated deal soon.
