I accept this trade offer. I'm getting a young of I. Dickerson and I'm a big ramariez fan and I got Crosby who will be up on the mlb roster soon and able to use some of that money towards  resign some of my young players and sign some vets.

I doubt Crosby will be up in majors soon since he's a FA with a horrible 2 years of AAA on his record.
Even after ignoring that mistake by the Giants the trade seems fair enough.
Dickerson with more years of control is solid value compared to Belt.
Ramirez with that locked in cost should be real good, so even though you have to not believe in DeGrom's breakout for this trade to be completely even, there's reason enough to say this is acceptable.
