Brewers designate the following players for assignment removing them from 40man:

Diego Moreno

To make room on the farm the Brewers outright release the following from AA Huntsville:
Taylor Green
Brandon Boggs
Erick Komatsu

and Chris Narveson from AAA Nashville

There is no DFA provision in this league, DFA is basically a 10 day purgatory for the team to decide to trade, unconditionally release, or outright the player to the minors. 
I believe you want to place the 40man players on outright waivers and the players you wanted outrighted on unconditional release waivers.  The latter can't be outrighted since they are not on the 40man roster.
Please confirm.
