White Sox trade:    CJ Cron

Brewers add an active bat, hoping that Raul Ibanez will soon finally be done in Anaheim.  Give up a SP prospect and a likely starting SS for the immediate payoff of Cron.Also swapping prospects, mostly very young high upside and getting back some aging high risk/high reward types that could either reach majors fairly soon or fizzle out all together.

Actually it's White Sox, not Angels.
We trade a MLB ready and hot starting 1B to the Brewers, along with some additional parts that could help them soon.
In exchange we get two highly regarded prospects in Travieso and Cecchini who have started the '14 season off strong, as well as a first round pick in Gonzales, and a second round pick in Franklin, and few wild card types that might pan out/might not, and a 4th rounder.
All in all, we like our deal.
