It was tough to lose Trumbo as he was the 24th highest scoring player in AFB last year and second highest on Angels in AFB behind Trout. It is also tough to take on the dead money owed to Sanchez for the next four years. However, getting Rendon helps fill a need at 3B. While Barreto and Overton are high risk  / high reward types, the Angels hope at least one pans out and helps the Angels down the road.

I confirm  this deal. This a long ass negotiation, and my first deal in afb. I really like the potential offence that Mark Trumbo will bring by playing the Arizona and hitting behind Paul Goldschmidt. Giving up Prospect like Rendon is very hard thing to do hopefully, Jose Altuve can keep up the production.
