SP Bahr, Jason, $0.5m (P-n/a)
RP Strickland, Hunter, $0.5m (2020)

Angels trade:
C McCann, James, $2m (2020)
MI Gavin Cecchini (P-n/a)

Angels are trading depth to free up a little bit of salary room, while getting a decent RP back and a spec with upside.

Giants are going to have to rely on backup Cs for their daily lineup, and James McCann is another option.  On a side note, McCann is a local high school hero and is a graduate of my grandson's middle school, so my "homer" side plays a lot into this acquisition.

Not sure what to make of MI Gavin Cecchini (P-n/a).  He has had good MiLB numbers, but was recently DFA'd by the , but it's a low risk acquisition who may pan out if given the right opportunity.  Giants just acquired RP Will Hunter to replace Strickland.
