This is why I don believe in this TC, two teams agree in a change, this change is not making any big impact on the league balance,  All of this comments are made from your own opinion of this trade and if you would have done it or not. this is not what the idea is.
Here the idea is to look out for an important impact to the league balance or  an illegal trade, or some team domping all the     big players into another team.

+1 It isn't up to the trade committee to like a return.  Teams get housed in deals all the time, IRL.  And that doesn't speak to whether this is or is not a foul trade.  It seems fine to me.  And, Molinator hasn't been here for 2 weeks, this isn't the first trade he has seen.

It is up to the TC to decide if a trade is fair or not. In my opinion, as stated above, i do not believe it is. So in your opinion just because a guy has been here longer than two weeks  the tc shouldn't have an opinion on their deals, which would completely make the TC obsolete. The whole basis of the TC is to like the return on players because that is what a trade is, for both teams, a return on players. Or maybe I am just missing the point of the TC. So all the trades that the rox made that you guys were up in arms about would have been fine as long as he waited a few extra weeks to do them I guess.
ok so the first guy to offer me a pile of dried leaves for kevin youkilis gets him, cause i've seen my share of trades and i know what i am doing...

I've got some of the Maple variety that may be of interest to you, but you'd have to throw in a mid-level spec as well....now if you'll excuse me, "I got a guy on the other line about some white walls."

The bottom line is that the Marlins need something in return in the next two weeks or lose him.  He shopped him on the block and got a return he approved of.  That is how this process should work.

Von Rosenberg is projectable and pitched better last year than this year.  Street will get some points and contract is not ridiculous.  Valdez is filler and being 2012 contract, may actually be of negative value.  Oswalt goes through a dead arm issue near this time every year and then comes back to pitch well.  The return is not stellar, but it is good enough.
