He hasn't played for than 6 games at 1B in the last three years. He is listed correctly. Here is his breakdown:Games per PositionYear Positions2015 1B: 2 DH: 4 2014 1B: 5 DH: 131 2013 1B: 6 DH: 129
Actually, according to our rules, a player is always eligible for at least one position. UT is not a position, it is an option we have to insert a player in our daily lineup to replace the pitching position. If it were listed as a DH, then it would be a position, because the DH is a recognized position in MLB lineups--UT is not. Therefore, David Ortiz should be listed as a CI, even though he has only played there minimally in the last three years. Here's an excerpt from our rules on eligibility:Position EligibilityA minor league player called up from the EDR will immediately have their eligibility analyzed. All players eligible for multiple positions will be analyzed in the offseason. The rule is 25 GP and 20 IP (half of the eligibility for the MLB clock on prospect contracts) for the past and current season. Players are always eligible for at least one position. If they were eligible for multiple positions and then became ineligible for such positions, positions will be removed in order of when they first became eligible for such positions in the first place.
Thanks Flash seems pretty clear in the rules. Same will apply to VMart prolly
