Segovia/Marquina are one of a million above average players in the rookie leagues, can be found on the waivers even in a league this deep.
Gomez is a bit higher level than them due to being a big bonus IFA, but high risk and at this point should not be a main piece for any major deal.
That leaves Williams/Forbes to make up the majority value for Betts. I'm a Rangers fan who really wants to believe in both of them but I can't imagine many scenarios where they even get to half the value of Betts.
I understand White Sox are rebuilding, but Betts is the type of player a rebuilding team needs not more prospects. Even if you think it'll be 3-4 years until you compete Betts will still be around for that team it's not like he's in the decline phase of his career.
All of this is before accounting for the lost draft picks for making your roster even more illegal, I just can't imagine the White Sox coming ahead in any scenario.
