I am acquiring a top player + a top prospect (targeted for a long time). Forbort will be on my team until the end of the year (after direction FA).

In exchange I am giving up 2 good players with a decreasing production (at least for this year), a goalie with no future on my team since I have already several goalies ahead of him and my last draft pick (low pick)

Dallas Confirm the trade.

Losing that of a v.good player in Voracek, plus good prospect in Dahlen.

But gaining that of Coyle as a good 2nd line player who having a bit of an off start of the season, but should be around 45-50 pts by end of season, a young D in Dermot, plus an youngish G in Lindgren who i expect longterm to be Price's backup.

Dallas main aim was to get younger as Voracek is 30 at end of season, as Dallas plan is for long term rebuild.

Although, not sure how much value Lindgren has given Price still in his prime at only 31 and under contract till 2026, but in our league even backups do have some value.
