Moving package of specs and Rios to add another starter to help make a run this season. A bit slow start for Fried, but he should be reliable going forward and still on good contract. Mostly lower level specs but nice upside going to Sox. Zerpa in particular wanted to keep but Sox also high on him, so this deal still made sense for both.

Wsox agree i make this trade for the future. my hitting im lacking alot on my team and im a fan of rios. Not haveing alot of fa this past yr huer my young team. I added alot of young pitching which will help my team in the future. All three sp i recieved are going to be pitching in majors very soon. Zerpa could be called up as early as this yrs sometime. With my pitching debth i had i was sble to move one and fried was the one. He seems to get the injury bug the last 2 yrs and is struggeling this yr to even pitch like he did a few yrs ago. My team is young and i am always looking at moveing players to build debth on my team. My hitting in minors i have alot i can build sround and know im working on pitching for my minors. This is a win fir me.
