What does that mean? 2019 is over. We are working on 2021 with 2020 contracts. How do you tender an ARB player a contract on 2019. There's no mechanism for it in this league.
Are there going to be any adjustments made for position eligibility based on last year only having 60 games?
Also, what is the policy on players that solely played DH? I know some leagues require a player to have a position (other than UT), but I cannot remember if this league is like that?
