Franchise GM: Invalid Transactions / Re: Phillies - Rockies Trade« on: October 30, 2014, 07:41:56 PM »
Rockies GM is pulling this deal from consideration by the TC. They will be evaluating their position in this league and if a change needs to be made then they want the new GM to be able to go forward. Thanks TC

"difficult to evaluate" doesnt that imply you dont know who is getting the better end of the deal....so short of conclusion how can anyone veto. trade would have to be oneside to get a veto...wouldnt it?
im bitter right know and wondering what the "F" in this league stands for but your advice here on what i should do and shouldnt make me feel like i want out. 76

i tried to post a link from BLB on a offseason trade the TC vetoed. it was for chris davis they thought pittsburgh wasnt giving up enough to get davis coming off his 40+ homer season so the TC made pittsburgh unload all his top talent from his milb roster. now he has no milb roster and chris davis.

could someone pls send me a offer for tulo and phillips. oh not many have $33 m laying around to spend on the "superman", by that i mean made of steel, that is tulo and a 33 year old MI, yes 33 year old MI, on the down side of his career.
becuz ppl in this league think competive balance is being mess up by sending tulo to a team that won 34 games in the league last year. thats right hes not going to a power house with a $200m cap. hes going to a team that have half the roster is in the minors, which generously half of those might get septmeber callups. so pls let me see all the offers roll in.....becuz ive already replaced phillips pts from last year and between my other accuired MI and catcher ive almost got tulos, by the way all for under $2m, and i also have 4-5 guys that i actually would like to keep long term that ill need to resign next yr. oh and ill also need four prospects that i like and imo have upside going forward. so pls with another veto posted by the TC they are both available as a package. thanks and let me know who i have to run stuff by before a trade from now on. 78

I'd like to see trades get looked at by the RC. Once a trade is agreed upon a timer should start for the TC to act. Approve or veto but it should not just hang out there in limbo. If not vetoed then it should be processed whether or not it receives all the required approvals once a specified period of time has elapsed IMO.

Rockies agree.
Rockies continue the change over the team and pick up a MI they like in exchange for specs IMO were expendable in my long term plan. Thanks Nation and good luck. 80
