He is available at 2 positions so you take his highest possible ranking which is #20 at RW. Unless I read the rules incorrectly....

The Cards and Phillies agree on a trade:
Phillies recieve: CI Kotchman, Casey, $5.5m (2013) X-CI Kotchman, Casey, Cash Exchange on Contract, $-3m in 2011 X-CI Kotchman, Casey, Cash Exchange on Contract from STL, $-2m in 2011 P Happ, J.A., $0.5m (P-2012)
for
Cards receive: P Texeira, Kanekoa, $0.5m (P-n/a) OF Mayberry Jr., John, $0.5m (P-n/a)
I did this deal for depth. Getting Happ is key for me in case of injury. It also gives me flexibility if I want to deal another one of my SP's. Kotchman will also give me some depth at the CI position.
Cards to confirm.

Phillies send:
SP Myers, Brett, $3m (2010) OF Tabata, Jose, $0.5m (P-n/a) CI-MI Uribe, Juan, $3.5m (2011)
for
SP Oswalt, Roy, $14.5m (2011) CI Johnson, Chris, $0.5m (P-2013)
I did this trade because for the money to resign Myers I would rather have Oswalt. Tabata and Johnson both have upside for me and the CI position was a position in need for me due to other deals. Uribe was a throw in for me as he is serviceable but expendable. Good doing business with you Kent! Thanks for the negotiations!

MI Hill, Aaron, $3m (2014) OF Werth, Jayson, $5m (2010) SP Lee, Cliff, $4m (2010)
FOR
MI Utley, Chase, $15m (2013) CI Berkman, Lance, $12.5m (2013), $3.0M in cash in 2011
Confirmations to follow...
Phillies confirm. The hardest thing I've had to do was deal Utley. Berkman was a gamble to see if he would regain form and I didn't think he was worth the money. I'm also gambling that Werth will be as productive on another team as he was on the Phillies and that Hill will be somewhat serviceable again. I think Lee will be solid anywhere he goes. The Phils will most certainly miss Utley but I am confident in the players in return. Thanks Ben!
