The key for us was adding Olesz who should be Top 6 in Chicago as well as McFarland who will burst onto the scene in 2013. 

PROPOSED RULES:
1. All players on 25 man roster accrue service time.
FEEDBACK: Agree. Nice to not start the clock on the 40-man roster. 

2. Service time is accrued in units of days.
FEEDBACK: Question to clarify, does "days" mean games played? If so, sounds good.

3. Unchanged.
FEEDBACK: I was thinking options years should be limited to 3-5yrs to allow more player movement down the line since they won't be locked up by current owner for extended periods.

4. All organizations must report any player promotion or demotion between the 25 man roster and the 40 man roster. This will allow for the Commissioner’s Office to track service time.
