Vegas and San Jose complete a trade to move futures and a pair of veterans. We take a chance Hartnell has some gas in the tank and gets signed to a PTO soon. We're building for the future and the present in Vegas and this deal helps us in several ways.

There is a correction. The final agreed to deal included RW - T.J. Tynan (2011: 3/66 - 0 Games). Just want to be honest.

Sharks agree to this trade with the correction. We need cap space and feel we have more to gain by trading Scott Hartnell and freeing up 3.4m versus keeping him and limiting our options for more needed moves before the season starts. Same for Tolchinsky, would've loved to have kept him but have to address rosters needs. Thanks for the trade ALL4!
