Chicago management has prepared for the possibility that Colin White will need an Entry Level Contract this season. With our recent trade with the Vegas Golden Knights, we have created $0.5 Million in additional cap space giving us a total of $1.9 Million in cap space.
C - Colin White (2015: 1/21 - 80 Games) as of February 27th
If White reaches his 82nd game within the FNHL Regular Season (possibly after this Saturday's game March 2nd), Chicago management will sign him to a 1yr EL contract. Otherwise, we will wait until the 2019-20 season to do so.

The edge goes to Montreal in this trade for adding more potential. If we weighted this deal on production, Calgary wins handily as Chiasson is scoring "in buckets" while playing with Connor McDavid.
