The fact that Washington Nationals GM last login at PROfsl was Feb 20 and at fantrax Apr 19 and only one (1) lineup change has been made in 2020 as commissioner the Nationals will promote the following 3 players to regular roster to compete:

2B Santiago Espinal 396 at bats P-n/a
OF Yadiel Hernandez 387 at bats P-n/a
SP Garrett Whitlock 55 gms P-n/a

Only the current GM or if new GM takes over can make any lineup changes.
