I was just reading that the NHL cap next year will be 71.4m and not the 73m we were anticipating.  Is this correct?

Yep it is lower but we still stick with that confirmed projected amount just so we have real numbers to think about during extension period.

1. Have minor league rosters been updated recently?  I know the entry draft picks aren't on there yet, but it seems like my roster size count and salary room are way off.

2. Are we still able to move two-way players back and forth from NHL to AHL and vise versa without waivers in the off-season?

Where are we at with the Header?

It is in the forum administration hands. Corey will get back to me sometime with a solution but right now there is an internal error since Backyard is one of the eldest leagues that was brought over from the original system. One possible solution would be complete new boards which would happen to reset our visitor numbers to Backyard so not ideal.

1. I will be updating minor rosters today as much as I can with the draft picks and making sure all games played are correct. If you see an error in cap and roster size, just let me know so I can do a reevaluation!

2. Yes, two way players can be moved back and forth at anytime and don't need waivers to be open.

Players with more than 1 year left on their contract can be put on claimable waivers. Claimable waivers will last 24 hours and can only be done twice a year per team.

Same question for the Amnesty Buyout? Is this still in place?

Claimable waivers are still valid and can be used.

There is no more Amnesty buyouts that was only for the beginning of the 2014-15.
