Wainwright is a great pitcher but is struggling coming back from his injury and is on a huge contract. I need to get younger and get some good prospect. So I trade Wainwright to get rid of his contract and get some good young players all with a good upside.

Tough to see some youth go. Howard was a personal favorite. The Mets are lacking SP's and Wainwright will help a ton. He will figure out his control issues and be back in no time.
