The Astros and Indians have agreed on the following trade.  The Astros utilize their cap space to take on the cap dumps of Hechevarria and Allen while also acquiring the $13M/yr salary of Cole.  The Astros give up some young cost controlled talent to make this move, but we feel as though we had a good draft and have other young talent on the farm that could get the call this season.  This acquisition solidifies the Astros rotation.  Thanks for the negotiations.  Indians to confirm.

Indians agree I hated the idea of moving garret Cole so but seeing I didn't have alot of talent on this team when I took it over I needed to clear as much cap as I could so I decided to attach some contracts to Cole in Cody Allen and Hechevarria to Cole . There is a lot of talent in this fa and moving all 3 guys I clear a lot of cap 22.5m actually. This money with what I already have will give me 53m in free agency this yr and 73m next yr. I also add a lot of young guys in return. I add 3 young ppitchers to my staff and I add a future mi in sierra I like a lot and feel he will be a no in near future
