RP Park, Chan Ho, $2.5m (2010)
RP Mathis, Doug, $0.5m (P-2012)

This keeps both teams at the cap and gives the Cubs some pitching they wanted.

:CHC: accepts... Mathis and Park can go into the SP slot to help out with my ailing rotation spots. I lose a young OF but move up in the draft and clear payroll next year.
