Mets and White Sox Trade

[Corey]

Big move out of the Big Apple

:NYM: has agreed to send

SP Kershaw, Clayton, $1.5m (2012)

to :CHW:

OF Stubbs, Drew, $0.5m (P-2013)
OF Duran, Juan, $0.5m (P-n/a)

The Mets are big fans of Stubbs. Personal favorite of the organization. This gives the Mets lots of depth at OF which we need.

Thanks Jason for the easy talks.

Been here a year and now just making my first trade lol. I am a big fan of Stubbs but he is at best a good OF and Kershaw is well.... Kershaw. He is still only 24 and the only worry I have is a lowish K rate so far this year. His control just keeps getting better and better and I have the cap room to spend 18+ mil on a 4 year contract.

Thanks for the easy first trade. Hope to make a few more trades before the deadline.
