Don't know where you got the $4m and $7m before the discount.

Thomas' high rank is #76 in 2025 for a value of $3m. You may sign him @ $3m for 1,2 or 3 years. If you want to use the 60% discount you have to pay him $4m/yr for 5 years.

Isbel's high rank is #85 in 2025- $1.5m for 1,2 or 3 years. Again, if you want to use the discount it has to be $4myr for 5 years
