Pipelines
Each school will have 3 versions of pipelines. An Example is as follows. Florida will receive a 20% discount for any player that they recruit that is from the state of Florida. If Florida signs players from Georgia or Alabama they will receive a 15% discount.
So the 1st pipeline is the state the school in located in. The second is the boarding states the school is located in.
The 3rd pipeline would be as as follows. Again using Florida as an example If I sign 10 or more players (nonbranded) from the state of Texas then that would be a Pipeline and they would get a 10 percent discount in year two. If I have 5 to 9 players from a state that is not in my territory then that would be a secondary pipeline and get me 5%.
