I would have two options as he is a PC.

PC Contract- 2024:500k 25:18m 26:18m 27:18m 28:18m

Non PC- 2024:500k 25:500k 26:500k 27:30m 28:30m

I would like to sign him to the PC if these are all correct. Help and information is much appreciated

Currently, Henderson is p-2026. According to Item AIX F-1.0, he would be eligible for a 60% discount due to early signing (202x + 2).

Given his current rank (#1 CI, #2 MI) the highest salary attributable (as you noted) is $30/yr. Therefore, Henderson would be eligible for:

40% of $30 = $12/yr.
