SP Emerson Hancock P-NA

I have a bit of a Mariners hitter bias so I like Ty France. He projects to be a league average hitter, maybe even slightly below. He also could be above average. The way the salary stucture is in LIVE I can comfortably add a $13m dollar hitter, its nothin really.
Hancock has a good chance to pitch at the back end of a rotation for years but teams have identity, Hancock was inherited and isnt a great fit here in Chicago. (I said I have a Mariners hitter bias, not pitcher). The draft pick is a good asset but I have needs to fill on the major league roster and I'm a prospect hound, I'll always have a good farm system.

We like Hancock going toward, and picks are always welcome. The extra cap room is welcome as we head into free agency as well.
