Cubs & Angels trade again

I had way too many SP's, and needed to cut down, but could only trade those players that I didn't sign this year.  I threw some offers out there to get another stud SP but nothing happened, so I decided to get younger...  This originally started out a small trade talk after the big three-team deal, but other developments happened.  I have  been trying to dump Fukudome for a while and the Angels coughed up some cash to do it.  The Angels GM is a big Yanks fan, so I knew Gardner was someone he would want.  In return, I receive draft picks, prospects, a top ML reliever, a ML OF speedster to replace the aging Fukudome and young Brett... and a backup in the infield.  I also gain more money under the cap.

I accept.  I am severely depleting my farm one by one with all of these trades, but I feel I am setting myself up for a title run.  I actually pick up some young pitchers (former #1 pick, a MLB starter with a hot spring, and a AAA prospect) and my boy Gardner.  Fukudome in town makes Guerrero expendable.

Juan Pierre was a free agent signing, and cannot be traded until June 1
