Pure cap dump that is much needed to complete resigns. I needed these 2 off the books and this was best deal I could find, where I pay assets to move them. Didn't want to give up on Perkins but this was the price.

niners will take on these contracts in the short term as petterson is off books soon. love the upside in perkins who could be a starter down the road. the extra pick should help with retooling this team as niners continue to get better
