Trade approval process

Great job GMs! The trade activity is getting very intense and the FA has not even started yet!

Just a quick reminder of the trade approval process:
- once a trade is agreed upon, it needs to be posted;
- all GMs involved need to confirm the trade. If the trade was completed directly on Fantrax, no further confirmation is needed. The trade acceptance on Fantrax is sufficient (of course, if one of the GMs who accepted the trade on Fantrax did so by mistake, they must notify the league immediately);
- the spreadsheet will be updated by LM/moderators;
- the trade is officially approved after 48 hours, unless there are 3 vetoes or more;
- the trade is processed on Fantrax.

Please ensure you type all players first and last names along with contract details.

EXAMPLE:

Knicks trade:
Bojan Bogdanovic $8m (2025)
2025 2nd NYK (no protection)
2026 2nd NYK (no protection)

Raptors trade:
Donte Divencenzo $2.7m (2025)

If more than 2 teams are involved, type what each team is giving and receiving. It might seem petty but it helps moderators and others determine if a trade is fair and easier to process.

Also traded draft picks must state if protection is attached.

Keep in mind the new STEPIEN RULE.
Always retain at least one first-round pick, regardless of team, every 2 years. You must use ANY first-round pick at least once every two years. If this rule is adopted, teams without 2025 or 2026 first-round picks wouldn't be required to acquire one for those years, but they must hold at least one first-round pick in 2027.
