18: 16 x 75% = 12M
19: 16 x 50% = 8M
20: 16 x 25% = 4M
Total 24M x 1.1 = 26.4 rounded up to 26.5M cap hit in 2018

Carter Capps 3(2019)
18: 3 x 75% = 2.25M rounded up to 2.5
19: 3 x 50% = 1.5M
Total 4 x 1.1 = 4.4 rounded up to 4.5M cap hit in 2018
