Some minor corrections to Cubs roster. There's some discrepancies between here and Fantrax.

On Fantrax - demote to minors:
SP Reed-Foley, Sean, $0.5m (P-n/a)
*already correct on ProFSL

On Fantrax, promote to MLB:
SP Smith, Josh, $0.5m (P-n/a)
*already correct on ProFSL

On ProFSL, promote to MLB:
SP Clarkin, Ian, $0.5m (P-n/a)
*already correct on Fantrax, but this should fix the ProFSL MiLB saying I have one too many.
