Bolts & Oilers

[LIVE DynastySports]

Tampa agreed to send:
:TBL: draft picks 2nd, 3rd, 4th rds

Edmonton agreed to send:
Chris VandeVelde, $0.3m (2014-2017-EL)
Jordan Weal, $0.4m (2015-2017)

Bolts make this trade to fill in some holes vacated by losing the young & talented Draisatl. This wont make up for his plus 2pts per game but we get something for a stretch title run.

Thanks Jonathan for the quick talks & GL in the rebuild up North.
Oilers to confirm

Oilers agree.

We have to start making a few moves to position us better to compete in the future. This deal allows us to add multiple picks. Weal was a FA signing this year, but has long been on our radar as a Kings prospect. Hopefully, they free him in Philly and give him a chance. VandeVelde was a little tougher to give up, as he is productive (40 pts) and has LW eligibility. Sure seems like Edmonton in FNHL is where wingers go to die, because I have had the worst luck with them.

:iatp: Daddy's going all in! Love it man! Depth moves mean the difference between winning it all and winning nothing. Oilers getting lots of solid picks man.
