Rangers sign Drew Pomeranz to a prospect extension.

# 58 SP in 2015 = 5m X 60% = 3m, increases to 4m extension minimum for 5 years.

Per the rules, "the prospect extension kicks in the following year at the rate based on when the contract is given."  Therefore, the new contract is as follows:

2015 0.5m
2016 - 2020 4m
