:EDM: Approves of this trade

I hate to lose Hudler, who is on a very nice contract for the production. I do this trade because I am out of the playoffs this year and to fix this team long-term. I got a gaping hole at LW in this organization, and Milano is a guy we are very high on to help fill that void. Orlov is a nice piece. as he will help in the future and come at a cost controlled price going forward. I hate doing this trade, as I am strengthening a team now that my :WAS-NHL: are contending with in the East, but I couldn't pass up on the the long term fix and a pretty good farm built here in Oil Country! Best of luck Ian, except when you face those caps

:DET-NHL: approves

We make this move to strengthen our playoff push. Hudler is producing above his normal production, so hopefully this continues this season and for years to come, but we know that it might not. Its tough losing promising young players like Milano and Orlov, but Hudler is a great pick up at a reseasonable price.

Thanks Jonathan!  We'll try to go easy on those Caps, but no promises  :toast:
