Big names going both ways in this deal.  I am taking some gamble here moving Weeks as he has a proven track record in the majors compared to Kipnis and also losing the depth in the bullpen moving Marmol who with his last couple of games seems to be getting back to where he was 2yrs ago. Hate losing Stanton but getting Santana and Kipnis long term was too good to pass up.  Long term stability behing the plate and at 2nd are key positions for me and this deal solidified both.  Choo replaces Stanton in RF and feel that his production will offset the loss.  Chrisenhall has potential but cant seem to take it to the next level yet so he is a wild card here.

I will say one thing...im super dang happy to get Gian on the team amongst the other stuff......just saying!!
