Just to clarify, the sentence "In a salary dump, every team involved in the trade must put at least one asset (pick or player) on the table." was not included in the league rules, I added it yesterday after the discussion on the Pelicans/Wolves trade

Still, my one veto wont affect anything the trade will still push. But i see that last day the rule thread is still not edited when i see that sentence and now its different, oh well.
