It was the hour difference. It was 10/1 in my home. It was less than an hour late and the reason that I waited until so close to the deadline was that I was without internet almost all week.

Sorry Daniel, there was more than ample time to resign players after the rule was put into effect. I really don't want to do this to both you and Chad, since you both are bedrock members of this league. This was a very tough decision to make, and I hope you both understand my decision.
