TC gave it 3 yes votes. I don't see any reason to leave it up for discussion anymore IMO
There is always a reason to have a discussion... Which is why I posed the question. I know the deal has been approved, but I am curious to see what you guys think is a fair deal for Mason.
I disagree because the deal can't be reversed and this will just turn into an argument. Why trade a possible starting goalie for a player when you could sign a player in Free Agency without giving up anything? There are many LW's available.I personally would not give much to get Mason

And this one isn't with Gilly must just be a Dallas thingEdmonton sends:Patrick Elias, $3.0m (2012-13) 4th RoundDallas sends:Steve Mason, $2.9m (2012-13)Edmonton does this trade to land a goalie who can hopefully re-gain his Calder form or at very least not be as bad as last season. If he doesn't work out he is only on a 1 year contract so he can move many ways. Elias had a huge season this year and should have another good season along with Kovalchuk but I would rather take the chance with Mason then Elias with his age. Thanks hockeyfreak47 for my first non-Gilly Dallas deal
