Looking for a young RB to invest in or a late 1st/early 2nd 2024 pick.

I have 2.28 to do a basic trade up trade and/or some young offensive players to trade. Their values vary but we can discuss:

WR- Velus Jones Jr.-young and may be a sneaky return man. Did decent last year with returns
WR- Allen Robinson-not signed but may be picked up for depth. Cheap contract/low risk
