Free Agency starts tomorrow at 12 PM EST. If you still have free drops left, they must be used by 11:59 AM EST. If you are still over the cap, you cannot place any bids until under the cap (you can still place bids on g-league eligible players if you do not have the cap but this must be stated at the time of your bid).

If you have any questions, please ask them BEFORE FA starts.

If we are at 12 players, can we just add a note to our offer that we will drop a player to make room if we win? Same for not having cap space, but that is probably less common once free drops are done.

You don't have to note it in the offer for drop. If you are at the roster size, you will be asked for a roster move after winning the player.

Cap space though is not allowed to go over it even with a conditional drop. You have to have the cap space (by drop or trade) prior to placing the bid.
