The entire Mets roster, except for Skenes and Bradish, is on the block. Biggest needs are 1B, 3B and SP. Plenty of cap room for those bigger deals. Picks can be given and received as well.

Colorado Rockies Trade Block
October 3, 2023
Needs:
1) a strong CF. With the new positional set-up I've got several corner OFs but not much in center. I'm looking for a CF who's likely to stick in center for at least the next couple of years.
2) 1-2 legit SPs
3) 1-2 high-end relief pitchers who are either closer or high-end holds guys
I've got lots of cap space so taking on salary is not a big problem.
Will trade:
Prospects:
I've got a pretty deep farm system, and in the right deal most of my prospects are available in the right deal. The ones who I'm very unlikely to trade are: Brady House, Jackson Merrill, Roman Anthony, Justin-Henry Malloy, and David Festa.
Picks:
I have Toronto's 1st, 3rd, and 5th round picks in 2025, and would trade any/all of those.
MLB players:
I'd rather keep my MLB roster intact, but in the right deal I would include
KeBryan Hayes or
Luis Garcia (Nationals), who I really like but are blocked by better players in my starting lineup.
Let me know if you want to deal!

For all of you CF-starved teams, Randal Grichuk is available. Parker Meadows could be made available but will cost a fair amount more.

Cris, there is a reason that you are a good owner, bc you can discern a value deal vs. a BS deal. Not all owners are that savvy. They will eventually leave...

Trading should be a win-win situation for both teams.

Agreed. I think the Devers deal in FGM is a good example of that. Devers gives SD some now (and future) pop, giving up substantial pieces to get him (Mayo, Keith, and one other).

@idsjayhawk i understand that. To be clear, i wasnt judging anyone. I just know in NFL Live, you cant just draft 1-7 rds every year and sign a few FAs and be the champion. It wont happen

Agreed. I have Amon Ra St. Brown and Aiyuk because I traded JJ. I couldn't have acquired a player like ASB where I was picking in the 1st so I down tiered at WR to make a trio of Chase, ASB and Aiyuk instead of JJ, Chase and fill in the blank.

That is probably even more true in baseball since your drafts don't payoff for 5 years or so. And I will admit my conservatism may be the reason I only have one championship here at ProFSL

I'm contemplating doing a complete tear down in NFL Live and rebuild. Honestly, I probably should have postered for it to be this season. I still might, but I would legit need to go into the draft with 3-4 top 10 picks/+ many others.

Yea nailing drafts and some key FAs helps too. But if you remember BAB you traded alvin kamara for the rams 1-7 draft picks. So the extra picks helped you nail the 2023 draft the way you did
